Tammy has been involved in cheerleading and dance for the past 25 years. She is the owner and director of Cheers and More/Studio C and American Spirit Championships (ASC), national cheerleading and dance competitions. She is a former head instructor for NCA and currently the director of staff for ASC. Tammy was a collegiate and high school national All-American cheerleader and has spent many years choreographing numerous top five national finalist teams. She was the 1995 International Coach of the Year in the junior and senior dance divisions, awarded in Nashville, Tennessee. She is the former director of Dance for the Oklahoma Wranglers professional football team dance squad. Over 25 of Tammy's students have gone on to cheer for major universities.

Nathan was a 10 year competitive gymnast at Bart Conners Gymnastics Academy. Nathan was a 2-time state champion gymnast and a National Champion in trampoline. Nathan has been a coach for the past 12 years, including 2 years as the head power tumbling coach. He has coached numerous individual, school, all-star, and collegiate national champions, as well as multiple state champion gymnasts and power tumblers. Nathan is currently the Vice President of American Spirit Championships. 

Andrea Dantzler was a 3 time state champion cheerleader at Edmond Memorial High School.  She took dance for 13 years and was a member of Cheers & More's All Star squad for 4 years and cheer squad for 6 years.  Andrea continued pom at the University of Oklahoma then completed her degree with a B.S. in Family and Child Development and pom career at the University of Central Oklahoma.  Andrea was an instructor for American Spirit Championships, a judge for high school tryouts and ASC competitions.  She was also a member of the Oklahoma Wrangler dance team.  Andrea worked at Cheers & More in high school and after giving birth to her baby girl in October 2007 she has re-joined the Cheers & More family in order to have more time with her new daughter.
